Your orders are always freshly printed and framed!

All our artworks are made to order!

Dispatch time for our artworks:

Rolled Art Prints (Without frame) - 5 to 7 business days
Gallery Wrapped Art Prints - 10 to 12 business days
Teak Wood Famed Art Prints - 12 to 14 business days

We ship our products using delivery partners. The average time taken for delivery is 3-5 days after the products are dispatched (however, it may take up to 7 days depending on your location).

Your artwork goes in production once you have placed your order with us. Since we follow a made-to-order business policy, we do not accept cancellations.

We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders but if the order gets damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, we accept returns.

We provide Shipping only to Indian customers. For other countries, customers have to send request to oviyamartstudio@gmail.com

Returns

In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is the policy on returns:

Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns are only processed within India and not for international orders.

Please take an uncut video while unboxing. This is the only proof we accept in case of damages due to transportation.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please email us the unboxing video and a photo of the damaged product to oviyamartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Not all products are eligible for returns. Please check which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.

Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed-upon time within the next 2-3 days

In case of delay, our courier always attempts to pick up the item(s) on or before the promised time. However, if they are unable to pick up the item(s) on time or if the customer is not available then the pickup will be attempted again, up to a maximum of three times.

Please ensure that you pack your item with all the original packaging in the same way as it was delivered and that all the original tags and postcards are included

Please ensure you collect the courier receipt at the time of pickup. This will contain an acknowledgment of the item and its accessories/parts.

We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks

Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund. You will receive the amount back in the same payment mode that you used to place this order. This will take time to reflect in your account, as governed by your bank’s policies.
