Unframed Art Prints ship within 5 - 7 working days. Gallery Wrap & Framed Art Prints ships within 10 - 14 working days.

We do a thorough quality check before sending our orders but if the order gets damaged in transit or you receive a wrong item, we accept returns. Please take an uncut video while unboxing the product. We accept refund/exchange only if a proper video is provided. Any damaged or wrong product delivered must be communicated to us via email within 3 days of receiving the item. To return or exchange please email us on oviyamartstudio@gmail.com with the following details: (i) Subject Title - Return / exchange (ii) Reason for return (iii) Order Number & date of receiving the order (iv) Please include the unboxing video and a photo of the damaged product with your request as visual aid to back up your claim. Once your return is approved, a pickup is arranged by us. Please make sure that the product is unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. A replacement is sent within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned package. Refund will not be provided to any of the orders without any proper reason.

Sometimes due to technical difficulties such as bank servers being down, there might be some issues in payment. Email us on oviyamartstudio@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quick as possible.

All the products are designed and manufactured in Coimbatore, India.
